Website development projects usually comprise two components: Web Design and Web Development. Web design includes the initial website mockup and layout design. Web development includes CMS/Blog implementation, e-commerce solution, and custom PHP/ASP/JSP coding.

You are entitled to get 100% refund of the upfront payment you made (if any) in the event of:

We didn't start your project at all or we're unable to start soon.
You want to cancel the project within 24 hours of making payment.

Cancellation Period

After payment, the user can request service cancellation within 1-2 days from the date of payment.

Cancellation Charge

We will charge Rs. 500 as a cancellation fee.

Refund Period & Process

After cancellation, we will refund the amount between 2-3 working days and this amount will be refunded/transferred through the same payment mode which was used by the user at the time of payment?

No refund will be given if:

Services fee will not be refunded at any cost once the project started.
The project delays are caused by lack of communication from your end.
